QuickerSim is an engineering software development and consulting company. It is also a product partner of The MathWorks Inc.

It has been founded by two PhD candidates in Computational Fluid Dynamics from the Warsaw University of Technology based on their experience from a number of scientific and industrial projects around the world. The company's mission is to deliver very efficient CFD environment as well as top quality services in engineering.

Bartosz Górecki (CEO)

The founder and CEO of QuickerSim as well as a PhD Candidate in CFD at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology (WUT). He has extensive expertise in turbulence modeling and numerical algorithms for finite element and spectral element flow solvers. He prepared his Bachelor thesis during a scholarship at the RWTH Aachen University (Germany). After that he started his research at WUT. In 2012 he won the first prize in Polish national competition for the best Master thesis in CFD. Since then he worked on multiple scientific and industrial projects including modeling of wind and gas turbines (GE and Avio) and military jet aerodynamics. He also participated in several summer and winter schools on turbulence modeling (Chalmers University, Sweden), parallel computing (CINECA in Bologna; HLRS in Stuttgart; LRZ in Munich) and thematic conferences in Barcelona (Eccomas 2014), Rome (FEF 2017). He is responsible for advanced algorithmic development of the QuickerSim CFD Toolbox. Additionaly, he also leads industrial and consultancy projects for QuickerSim’s customers.

In his free time he enjoys running and latino dancing.

Wojciech Regulski (Co-founder)

The co-founder of QuickerSim Ltd. and PhD Candidate in CFD at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology (WUT). His research is focused on the lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) for porous media and non-Newtonian fluids. In 2009 he prepared his Bachelor thesis at the University of Erlangen in Germany. For his Master thesis he won the first prize in the Polish national competition for the best master thesis in CFD in 2011 as well as the first prize for the best work of young scientist at the Polish National Fluid Mechanics Conference in 2016. While his PhD research cocentrates on LBM, he also has extended knowledge of fundamentals of fluid mechanics and coding. He as has extensive teaching practice in those fields. He also spent a 1,5-year internship at the University of Queensland in Australia. Over there he integrated CFD solvers with Oil&Gas software and developed robust numerical models for viscoplastic liquids. His duties, apart from dealing with technical projects, include marketing of software, sales and development of user-friendly learning materials for the toolbox users.

He loves contemporary military history and technology. For sports he enjoys cycling and calisthenic workout.
