Learn CFD from fudamentals to advanced topics using our toolbox
Here you can find the comprehensive list of tutorials. They are provided together with our toolbox. They range from basic topics that are necessary to write your own codes to some pretty advanced topics regarding details of numerical methods. Most solvers (laminar flow, turbulence, heat transfer) are illustrated with at least one tutorial. Materials are provided in pdf, script and YouTube form so that you can choose what best fits your learning style. Of course you can use those tutorials in your teaching practice as well.
We are doing our best to make this list exhaustive and most up-to-date. The list will be automatically updated in your toolbox installation.Once you install the toolbox, its graphical user interface will guide you through these tutorials. You will be able to filter them according to physics (e.g. laminar or turbulent flows, heat transfer, steady or unsteady) or by topics – shallow water equations, biomdeical flows, porous media etc.
Although the solvers are based on the finite element method, the content of the tutorials can be readily translated to other CFD approaches such as finite difference method or finite volume method.
